MAKING GOOD NEWS KNOWN

WORD FOR LIFE TRUST (WFLT) has moved to The House of Bread in the village of Christchurch, Gloucestershire, just over 1 mile from Symonds Yat rock, in the Forest of Dean.

 What, Who and How?

WFLT (founded in 1997) is a Christian charity engaged in mission, evangelism and the ministry of counselling, prayer and healing, both nationally and internationally.    WFLT is directed by Elizabeth Brazell, an ordained Anglican priest who is also a founder member of the Church of England’s College of Evangelists as well as a Board member of the Association of Christian Counsellors.   There is a full time core team of nine, ably assisted by an administrative staff with 42 counsellors/listeners and over 400 missioners who serve alongside the leadership in ministry and outreach.

WFLT is involved leading national and international missions and training courses working with all denominations.   A significant part of their work is leadership training and supporting mature students from India and Africa in theological studies.   Alongside evangelism, healing and training WFLT is also a publishing organisation and produces books, booklets and training materials written by Elizabeth and other writers associated with the trust.

The House of Bread in the Forest of Dean is the trust’s new headquarters and consists of a complex of small cottages and outbuildings, including a converted barn / chapel / teaching room.    At this centre there are weekly prayer ministry days, monthly Quiet days and Healing Retreats and numerous day and week-end courses.    WFLT  welcomes enquiries and makes no charge for counselling or ministry appointments.

Courses Available in Christian Counselling Skills, Prayer Ministry and Evangelism.
